Principle
The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so that vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat-sensitive substances. For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or granular samples, the vacuum drying method effectively shortens the drying time; After cleaning complex structural parts or porous samples, the vacuum drying method is used, and no residual substances are left after drying through drying; Under vacuum or inert conditions, the possibility of oxide explosion by heat is eliminated; Compared with ordinary drying that relies on air circulation, the powdered sample will not be blown or moved by the flowing air.
