HUITAI DHG-9035A blast drying oven is a device designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., for drying, baking, wax melting and sterilizing purposes. This model is equipped with a test hole of 50mm, providing precise temperature control and reliable operating performance.

1. Large-screen LCD display, one-screen display of multiple sets of data, menu-style operation interface, simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box without manual adjustment.
4. Adopt microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6. Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface.
7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional).
8. With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded (optional).
Principle
The air drying oven achieves the temperature uniformity of the studio through the fan speed Control mode, and adopts the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge water vapor. The microcomputer temperature controller provides precise temperature control, over-temperature deviation protection and timing functions to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and set the required temperature, timing time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD display menu.
3. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
4. Start the equipment, the fan runs automatically, and the air duct circulation system starts to work.
5. Monitor the temperature display, and the equipment can automatically control the temperature and be interrupted when it exceeds the temperature (such as an optional independent temperature limit alarm system).
6. After the timing is over, the device automatically stops, takes out the sample and cleans the liner.
Notice
- Power supply voltage meets AC 220V 50Hz requirement before use.
Avoid running for a long time in an overheated state to prevent damage to the equipment.
- When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel surface.
Optional features such as independent temperature limit alarm system and RS485 interface need to be installed and used according to instructions.
Regularly check the fan and air duct system to ensure that there are no blockages.
When the equipment is running, do not put flammable and explosive items into the box.
