Overview
HUITAI BPG-9070A + test hole 50mm precision blast drying oven is suitable for drying, baking wax melting and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. The equipment adopts large-screen LCD display and microcomputer temperature controller, with precise temperature control and timing functions.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.

5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.

Principle
Control mode and self-developed air duct circulation system are used to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the studio through forced convection heating and automatically discharge water vapor. Microcomputer temperature controller precisely controls the temperature and has the function of over-temperature protection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set the temperature parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Set Timer Range 1~ 9999min.
4. Start the device and start working.
5. Monitor the temperature display and operating status.

• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz
• Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃, do not use beyond the range
• Regularly clean the liner, using freely removable shelf brackets and semi-circular four-corner design for easy cleaning
• When selecting an independent temperature limit alarm system, the temperature limit needs to be set correctly
• When using the optional RS485 interface, connect the recorder or computer according to the specifications
