Overview
PUSHEN double-channel Grindometer model ISO-100um is a fineness measuring instrument with two grooves, and the surface is marked with three scale units of micron, Hegman and Mill. The product is made of stainless steel (40Cr13 forged parts), equipped with drawdown blades, Encasement in a black hard plastic toolbox, Fineness Gauge surface coated with anti-rust oil and protected by Plastic film. This model has a range of 0 to 100 microns and is mainly used to detect the fineness of particles such as Coatings, inks, pigments, etc.
Features
1. double-channel design, providing two grooves for detection
2. The surface is marked with three scale units: micron, Hegman, Mill
3. Made of stainless steel (40Cr13 forging), good wear resistance
4. Equipped with special drawdown blade, drawdown blade asperity is 0.05
5. Fineness Gauge Positive asperity is 0.1
6. Encasement is meticulous, using black hard plastic toolbox, with anti-rust protection inside
7. Range from 0 to 100 µm, accuracy +/- 2 µm
Principle
In the process of fineness detection, pigments are ground into finer particles and dispersed in the fluid equipment. The physical property of this dispersion is called "fineness", which depends not only on the actual size of the individual particles, but also on the degree to which they are dispersed. The fineness of paints can be quickly measured using the inks Grindometer.
Applications
Paints, Coatings, pigments, raw materials, plastics, Printing inks, chocolate, ceramics, paper, food
Standards
