HUITAI BPG-9240A precision blast drying oven is a equipment suitable for drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. The equipment has precise temperature control and uniform temperature distribution to ensure the Reliability and safety of the experimental process.

Principle
The drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer temperature controller, adopts the fan speed Control mode combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature in the working room, and automatically discharges water vapor to achieve efficient drying, baking or sterilizing process.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD display and menu-type operation interface.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the air duct circulation system runs automatically.
5. The equipment remains thermostatic after reaching the set temperature, and the timing function can automatically control the running time.
6. After use, turn off the power supply for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC 220V 50Hz requirements to avoid equipment failure due to voltage instability.
• Check whether the components of the equipment are in good condition before operation, and deal with any abnormalities in time.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the Temperature range RT + 10~ 300 ℃ to prevent overtemperature damage.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves, keep equipment hygienic, and avoid residues affecting performance.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, it is necessary to ensure its normal operation to ensure safety.
When using the RS485 interface, connect external devices correctly to avoid data loss.
• Do not block the ventilating port when the equipment is running to ensure that the air duct circulation system works effectively.
