Overview
HUITAI BPG-9620A + test hole 50mm precision blast drying oven is suitable for drying, baking wax melting and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. The equipment adopts large-screen LCD display and microcomputer temperature controller, with precise temperature control and timing functions. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, and the shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. Control mode of fan speed is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.

Principle
The drying oven achieves uniform temperature distribution in the studio through fan speed control, and automatically discharges water vapor with self-developed air duct circulation system. The microcomputer temperature controller precisely controls the temperature and has the function of over-temperature deviation protection to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and set the required temperature and time parameters.
2. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the temperature gradually rises to the set value.
3. The equipment automatically maintains the thermostatic state and automatically stops heating after the timing is over.
