HUITAI HHG-9148A + test hole 50mm high temperature blast drying oven is a equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions, suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features

3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high temperature blast drying oven precisely controls the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, combined with the hot air circulation system, the air flow is driven by the low noise fan and the air duct to ensure the uniform distribution of the temperature in the working room, and the process of efficient drying and baking is realized.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature and time (Timer Range 1~ 9999min).
3. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the temperature display is monitored.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system or RS485 interface for additional monitoring.
5. After completing the operation, turn off the device and disconnect the power.
Notice
Power supply voltage meets AC220V 50Hz/16A requirements.
- Check that the studio material and shelves are in good condition before use.
When an independent temperature limiting alarm system is optional, pay attention to its activation conditions.
- When an optional RS485 interface is available, connect external devices correctly.
- Avoid overheating during operation to prevent accidents.
