Overview
HUITAI HHG-9149A + test hole 50mm high temperature blast drying oven is a equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoors, R & D institutions and other places, mainly used for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes. The equipment has precise temperature control and hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting and measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
Optional RS485 interface can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high-temperature blast drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument. Combined with the hot air circulation system, the hot air is evenly distributed into the working room by a low-noise fan and air duct to realize the process of drying and baking. The optional temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Use a microcomputer thermostat to set the required temperature (Temperature range RT + 30~ 500 ℃) and Timer Range (1~ 9999min).
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work to ensure uniform temperature.
4. Monitor the temperature display, optionally connect a recorder or computer to record parameters.
5. After use, turn off the power.

• The set temperature should not exceed 500 ° C to avoid overrun.
