HUITAI HHG-9249A + high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment equipped with 50mm test hole, suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other operations in industrial and mining enterprises, outdoor laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. The equipment is made of high-quality materials, with precise temperature control and reliable safety performance.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel to ensure durability.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting, measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
Optional RS485 interface can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The high temperature blast drying oven precisely sets and adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, and uses the hot air circulation system to distribute the hot air evenly in the working room by the low-noise fan and air duct to realize the process of drying and baking. The optional independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure safety.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz/16A.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature (RT + 30~ 500 ° C) and Timer Range (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer thermostat.
3. Start the hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
4. Place the sample on the studio shelf and start drying, baking and other operations.
5. Monitor the temperature display, and the optional system will automatically interrupt when the temperature is exceeded.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.

• Power supply voltage meets AC220V 50Hz/16A requirements before use.
• The set temperature should not exceed 500 ° C to avoid overheating.
• Regularly check the hot air circulation system to ensure that the fan and air duct are working normally.
