HUITAI DHG-9050A + intelligent program controller drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.
4, with over-temperature deviation protection, digital display microcomputer temperature controller, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6. Cold rolled steel plate is used for the casing of the box, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed.
7. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, which can automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
8. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The blast drying oven accurately sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses the fan speed control and the self-developed air duct circulation system to force the hot air to circulate inside the studio to achieve uniform heating and automatic discharge of water vapor, so as to achieve drying, baking and other purposes.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put the items to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts working, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. After running (or reaching the scheduled time), remove the item and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a well-ventilated environment.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct circulation system.
• Do not put flammable or explosive items in the box.
• When cleaning the liner, disconnect the power first.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, please ensure that its function is normal.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
