HUITAI DHG-9245A + intelligent program controller blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.

8. Optional RS485 interface can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The blast drying oven precisely sets and controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer temperature controller. The built-in fan is controlled by speed and speed, and with the self-developed air duct circulation system, the hot air is forced to circulate inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature and automatically discharge the water vapor generated during the working process, so as to achieve efficient and uniform drying, baking and other effects.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Place the sample on the shelf.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. After running (or reaching the scheduled time), remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
Equipment should be used in a well-ventilated environment.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct circulation outlet.
• Do not put flammable or explosive items in the box for drying.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, please pay attention to its setting value.
• When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
