HUITAI BPG-9920A + intelligent program controller precision blast drying oven is a Benchtop equipment, suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions such as drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other operations.

Principle
The drying oven precisely sets and maintains the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses the fan speed control to drive the air duct circulation system, so that the hot air circulates evenly inside the studio, and automatically discharges the generated water vapor to achieve efficient drying, baking or sterilizing process.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 380V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C), timing time (1~ 9999min) and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Place the sample on a shelf that can be freely loaded and unloaded.
4. Start the equipment, and the fan and heating system start working.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the air duct circulation system works automatically to maintain uniform temperature and discharge water vapor.
6. After reaching the set time or completing the work, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is AC 380V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (RT + 10~ 300 ℃).
When placing samples, pay attention to uniform distribution to avoid affecting the air circulation in the box.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelf support for easy operation.
• If you need over-temperature safety protection, it is recommended to choose an independent temperature limit alarm system.
• When the RS485 interface is optional, a recorder or computer can be connected on demand for data recording.
Device input power is high (6000W), please pay attention to the line load capacity.
