HUITAI HTG-9070A + intelligent program controller vertical blast drying oven is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research, universities and production departments. It is mainly used for water body analysis and BOD determination, as well as bacteria, molds, microorganisms foster, preservation and plant cultivation and breeding tests.

Principle
The drying oven precisely controls the heating system through the microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, and uses the German imported blower and the self-developed air duct circulation system to realize the forced hot air circulation and uniform temperature distribution in the working room, and automatically discharges the internal water vapor to achieve fast, stable and uniform thermostatic drying effect.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C), timing time (1~ 9999min) and other parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Place or load and unload shelves as needed.
4, start the device, the device will automatically run and remain thermostatic.
5. After the experiment, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.

Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not place flammable or explosive items in the equipment.
• When loading samples, do not block the air duct circulation port to ensure temperature uniformity.
• When cleaning the liner, use a soft cloth to wipe the mirror stainless steel surface.
