Overview
HUITAI HTG-9240A + intelligent program controller vertical blast drying oven is a thermostatic equipment specially designed for scientific research, universities and production departments. It is suitable for environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other fields, mainly used for water body analysis, BOD determination and bacteria, molds, microorganisms foster, preservation and plant cultivation and breeding experiments.
Features
1. Adopt large-screen LCD screen, menu-type operation interface, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the operation is simple and easy to understand.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopting a self-developed air duct circulation system, it can automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.
4, with over-temperature deviation protection, microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, accurate temperature control, rapid heating and stable operation.
5. Adopt German imported blowers for long service life.
6. The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design is easy to clean.
7. Cold rolled steel plate is used for the casing of the box, and the surface is electrostatic sprayed.
8. (Optional) independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
9. (Optional) With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The drying oven through the microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller for precise temperature control, and the fan speed control combined with self-developed air duct circulation system, so that the hot air in the studio forced circulation, so as to achieve fast and uniform heating and thermostatic, and can automatically discharge the internal water vapor.

• Please select the appropriate Timer Range (1~ 9999 minutes) according to the experimental requirements.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelf support for easy operation.
