Overview
HUITAI HTG-9420A + intelligent program controller vertical blast drying oven is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research, universities and production departments. It is mainly used for water body analysis, BOD determination, as well as bacteria, molds, microorganisms foster, preservation and plant cultivation and breeding tests.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.
4, with over-temperature deviation protection, microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, quickly reach the preset temperature and stable operation.

8. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents. (optional)
9. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The drying oven precisely controls the heating system through the microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, and adopts the German imported blower and the self-developed air duct circulation system to realize the forced hot air circulation and uniform distribution in the working room, and automatically discharges the internal water vapor to maintain the preset constant temperature environment.

The independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, and if this safety function is required, it needs to be separately selected.
