Principle
After the equipment is automatically fed, the substrate is output from the unwinding unit. After the dip coating and double-roll extrusion process, the thickness of the Spreader Film is adjusted; then it enters the oven for heating and drying, and finally the winding unit completes the coiling. The whole process uses a servo motor to control the speed and tension to ensure Spreader mass and production efficiency.

Steps
1. Automatic feeding: start the equipment for raw material addition

• The substrate needs to be PET or Miscellaneous non-breakable material to avoid production interruptions
• Spreader Film thickness and speed need to be adjusted according to the specific process, and can not be operated beyond the limit
• Oven requires customers to bring their own compressed air to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic system
• The power supply of the equipment is three-phase five-wire 380V 50Hz, which needs to match the power supply conditions
