The NIRUN NDJ-5S + Digital Viscometer is a rotational viscometer with an ultra-low viscosity adapter designed for the measurement of ultra-low viscosity liquids to ensure accurate measurement. The instrument features an improved 16-bit microcomputer processor with anti-interference performance and is suitable for viscosity measurement needs in a variety of industries.

Principle
The Viscometer measures viscosity by swirling/spinning the rotor in a liquid, measuring the resistance of the liquid to the rotor. Stepper motor direct drive ensures accurate rotational speed, combined with a microcomputer processor to process the data for High Accuracy measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the power adapter and turn it on.
2. Choose the right rotor and speed
3. Immerse the rotor in the liquid to be tested
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically displays the viscosity value
5. Use RS232 interface to connect computer or printer for data output
6. Power off after measurement

• Power supply voltage in AC 100-240V range
• Check whether the rotor is in good condition before use to avoid damage
• Liquid temperature should be stable during measurement, RTD temperature probe is recommended for monitoring
• Measurement range beyond the alarm prompt, timely adjustment settings
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
