The Automatic Film Applicator uses High Accuracy Mayer Rods to scrape the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film. The Spreader process is driven by a motor to achieve adjustable speed, uniform linear motion to ensure Spreader uniformity. The device's integrated heating table can preheat or thermostatic control the substrate, and the Vacuum chuck function ensures that the substrate is flat and fixed during the Spreader process. After the Spreader, the wet-film is blown with an adjustable angle nitrogen air knife to accelerate solvent evaporation, resulting in rapid drying and control of the final dry-film thickness.
