Huino SZQ-160 200/230/250/300 Film Applicator is a device for manual film proofing for experiments such as Coatings, inks, paints, etc. It can also be placed on an automatic film machine for Moulding. The product is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel with four film Film thicknesses (200, 230, 250, 300 μm). Spreader width is 160mm. It can precisely control the wet-film or dry-film thickness to ensure coating conformity and Repeatability. It is suitable for mass tests such as hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, sag resistance performance, etc.

Steps
1. Coating, inks or paints samples and substrates
2. Select Manual or Automatic Film Applicator mode and place the Applicator on the film machine
Applicator to desired wet film thickness (e.g. 200, 230, 250 or 300 μm)
4. Spreader the sample uniformly to form a wet-film layer
5. Follow-up drying or test operation
