The JINGHUA JH752 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is a laboratory instrument used for the measurement of the absorption, transmission or reflection of light by substances at different wavelengths. The degree of absorption of light emitted by the light source after passing through the sample is used to determine the sample concentration or Optical inspection properties. Principle
The spectrophotometer works based on the Beer-Lambert law, which states that the absorption of light is proportional to the concentration of the sample. The instrument emits light from a light source (such as a deuterium/tungsten lamp), selects a specific wavelength through a monochromator, and the intensity of the light passing through the sample in the sample chamber is affected by absorption or transmission. The photoelectric Sensor measures the light intensity after passing through the sample and converts it into an electrical signal. The detection system and data processing functions are used for measurement of light intensity, calibrating wavelengths, recording and analyzing data for measurement of sample concentration, reaction kinetics, solution equilibrating, and Light spectrum analysis.
