Overview
SZQ-150 (75mm) single-sided Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator with a film Film thickness of 150μm, a Spreader width of 75mm, and an accuracy of +/- 2μm. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. It is tested by imported three-coordinate before leaving the factory to ensure dimensional accuracy. It is suitable for wet-film preparation such as paints, glues, coatings, inks, and chemical New materials. It can be equipped with Film Applicator to automatically scrape the film.

Principle
Repeatability and accuracy of experiments are ensured by using accurate film thickness gap to control the film film thickness by manually scraping the surface of the substrate to form a uniform wet-film.
