SZQ-200 (75mm) single-sided Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator with a film Film thickness of 200μm, Spreader width of 75mm, accuracy +/- 2μm. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. It is tested by imported three-coordinate before leaving the factory to ensure dimensional accuracy. It is suitable for paints, glues, Coatings, inks, chemical New materials and other Moulding. It can be equipped with Film Applicator to automatically scrape the film.

Principle
Film Applicator manually scrapes Coating or Adhesive materials on the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. Single-sided Applicator utilizes a coating surface to Spreader with precise Film thickness and width to ensure film uniformity.
