QTG 100/150μm Double Sided Applicator is a laboratory manual film applicator with film Film thickness of 100μm and 150μm, Spreader width 80mm, total length 100mm, film accuracy +/- 2μm. Made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, it is tested by imported three coordinates before leaving the factory for dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy. Suitable for Moulding of glues, Coating paints, inks, polymer materials, etc., can be equipped with Film Applicator automatic film scraping, support customized services.

Principle
The Film Applicator manually scrapes the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. The double-sided design provides two different film Film thicknesses (100μm and 150μm), and the High Accuracy stainless steel material ensures the uniformity and accuracy of the Spreader, which can be used with the Film Applicator to automate the film scraping process.

Steps
1. Spreader Substrate and Applicator
2. Select Applicator Coating Surface (100μm or 150μm)
3. Place the Applicator on the substrate and manually scrape evenly
4. Check the film Film thickness, if necessary, use Film Applicator to assist in automated operation
5. Clean Applicator for Next Use
