QTG 150/175μm Double Sided Applicator is a laboratory manual film applicator with film Film thickness of 150μm and 175μm, Spreader width 80mm, total length 100mm, accuracy up to +/- 2μm. Made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, it is tested by imported 3D coordinates before leaving the factory to ensure accuracy. It is suitable for Moulding of glues, Coating paints, inks, polymer materials, etc. It can be equipped with Film Applicator automatic film scraping, and supports customized specifications.

Principle
Film Applicator manually scrapes the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. The double-sided design provides two coating surfaces of different Film thicknesses (150 μm and 175 μm), ensuring film uniformity and accuracy, suitable for laboratory Moulding needs.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and the material to be coated
2. Select Applicator Coating Surface (150μm or 175μm)
3. Place the Applicator on the substrate and manually scrape evenly
4. Applicator removed, check wet film thickness
5. Clean Applicator for Next Use

• Make sure the Applicator surface is clean before use to avoid contaminating the film
• Maintain uniform force when manually scraping to ensure film accuracy
• Avoid collision when storing to prevent damage accuracy
• Regularly check Applicator abrasion and calibrate or replace if necessary
