QTG 175/200μm Double Sided Applicator is a laboratory manual film applicator with film Film thickness of 175μm and 200μm, Spreader width 80mm, total length 100mm, accuracy up to +/- 2μm. Made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, it is tested by imported three coordinates before leaving the factory for dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy. Suitable for Moulding of glues, Coating paints, inks, polymer materials, etc., can be equipped with Film Applicator automatic film scraping, support customized services.

Principle
The double-sided wet-film film applicator is manually scraped on the substrate to form a uniform wet-film. Its double-sided design offers two different film thicknesses (175μm and 200μm), the Spreader width is fixed at 80mm, and the High Accuracy stainless steel material ensures film thickness and uniformity. It can be used with the Film Applicator to automate film scraping.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and the material to be coated
2. Select the desired Film thickness surface in the double-sided film applicator
3. Manually scrape the film applicator evenly on the substrate
4, check the wet film thickness and uniformity
5. Clean film applicator for next use
