Overview
Frame Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator, the model is frame type 50/100/150/200μm, the film Film thickness is 50μm, 100μm, 150μm, 200μm respectively, the effective Spreader width is 80mm, and the total length of the Applicator is 90mm. The product is made of high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel. It has been imported three-coordinate to check the dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy of the film. It is suitable for paints, glues, coatings, inks, chemical New materials and other Moulding, and can be equipped with Film Applicator for automatic film scraping.
Features
1. Made of 9Cr18Mo High Hardness Stainless Steel, it has good Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance, and the Hardness value reaches 50~ 55HRC.
The accuracy is up to +/- 2μm to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.
3. Smooth surface, diverse styles, wide range of applications, support for customized specifications.
4. Adopt imported three-coordinate detection accuracy, with factory inspection report, can stand Measurement.
Principle
The Frame Applicator manually scrapes the wet-film on the substrate, using its precise Film thickness specifications (e.g. 50μm, 100μm, 150μm, 200μm) and Spreader width (80mm) to ensure the formation of a uniform wet-film layer. The Applicator is made of high-Hardness stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and guarantees dimensional accuracy through imported three-coordinate detection to achieve accurate Spreader.
Applications
Paints, Adhesives, Coatings, inks, Chemical New materials
Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and the material to be coated.
2. Place the Applicator on the substrate to ensure that the Spreader width is aligned.
3. Manual uniform scraping to form a wet-film of the desired Film thickness.
4. Optional Film Applicator for automatic film scraping operation.
5. Clean Applicator for next use.
Notice
• Check whether the Applicator's surface is smooth and free of damage before use.
• Ensure that the substrate is flat during the Spreader process to avoid uneven Film thickness.
• Regularly clean the Applicator to prevent material residue from affecting accuracy.
• Provide detailed parameters when customizing specifications to ensure compliance with experimental requirements.
