1. According to the diameter of the wire rope to be tested, configure the Sensor of the corresponding specification. 2. Install the Sensor on the wire rope to ensure that the gap between the Sensor guide sleeve and the wire rope is within the recommended range (2~ 6mm). 3. Connect the Sensor to the USB port of the computer. 4. Start the dedicated detection software on the computer. 5. Pass the wire rope through the Sensor at the recommended speed (0.3~ 1.5m/s) and start the detection. 6. The software displays the test results in real time and provides sound and light alarms when defects are found. 7. After the inspection is completed, the software generates a test report containing defect characterization, Basis Weight, and positioning information.
