Overview
LEEB Leeb hardness tester leeb130 is a portable Hardness measuring instrument with full Chinese display and menu operation, which is easy to operate. It can directly display a variety of Hardness values such as Richter, Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shaw, etc. It has the characteristics of small and portable, anti-vibration, Impact and electromagnetic interference, and is suitable for harsh operating environments.
Features
1. Full Chinese display, menu-style operation, rich and intuitive information.
2. High luminance LED backlight, easy to use in gray environment of light rays.
3. Shielding interference of metal shell, low abrasion, good texture.
4. Automatic sleep, automatic shutdown and other power-saving functions, low-power design.
5. Ordinary battery powered, standby time 100 hours, easy to carry and suitable for field operations.
6. Equipped with D-type Impact device, it can directly display a variety of Hardness values.
Principle
According to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the Rockwell measurement interface is displayed when turned on. The instrument impacts the surface of the material through the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed to the Impact speed is measured and converted into the Richter Hardness value, which can be automatically converted into Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers, Shaw and other Hardness standards.
Applications
Steel and cast steel, alloy tool steel, stainless steel, gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, cast aluminum alloy, copper zinc alloy (brass), copper tin alloy (bronze), pure copper, forged steel
Standards
GB/T 17394.1-2014 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 1: Test Methods", GB/T 17394.2-2012 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 2: Hardness gauge inspection and calibrate", GB/T 17394.3-2012 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 4: Calibration of Standard Hardness Blocks", GB/T 17394.4-2014 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 4: Standard Value Conversion Table", JB/T 9378-2001 "Leeb hardness tester technical conditions"
Steps
1. The Rockwell measurement interface is displayed when turned on.
2. Select the appropriate Impact Device and connect it.
3. Impact device perpendicular to the surface of the sample for measurement.
4. Read the displayed Hardness value.
5. Use the menu for data storage or calibrating.
Notice
The sample surface temperature should not be too high, should be less than 120 ℃.
● The surface roughness of the sample should not be too large, and the metal Gloss should be exposed, which is smooth and free of oil stains.
● Specimens weighing 2-5kg need to be supported by objects to avoid deformation.
Support rings are required when the radius of curvature of the sample is less than 30mm (D, DC, C, DL types) or less than 50mm (G types).
● Film thickness and hardening depth of the sample shall comply with the requirements of the Impact Device Table.
The lightweight specimen needs to be tightly coupled to the support, and the test direction is perpendicular to the coupling plane.
Large-area plates need to be firmly supported on the back of the test point.
The sample itself should be less than 30 Gauss magnetic.
