Overview
LEEB Leeb hardness tester leeb180G is a portable Hardness measuring instrument with full Chinese display and menu operation, which is simple and convenient to operate. The instrument can directly display a variety of Hardness values such as Richter and Brinell, and is equipped with a high-luminance LED backlight for use in an environment with insufficient rays of light. It has energy-saving functions such as automatic sleep and automatic shutdown. It is powered by lithium batteries and is suitable for on-site field operations. It is small and lightweight and has high test accuracy.
Features
1. Full Chinese display, menu operation, rich and intuitive information
2. High luminance LED backlight, suitable for gray environment of light rays
3. Automatic sleep, automatic shutdown and other power-saving functions, low-power design
4. Lithium battery charging, can work continuously for 10 hours
5. Compact and lightweight, weight only 130g, easy to carry
6. High test accuracy, can directly display Richter, Brinell and other Hardness values
7. 360 ° measurement direction, support a variety of Hardness conversion
8. With 600 sets of data storage functions
Principle
According to the Richter Hardness Measurement principle, the Richter measurement interface is displayed when turned on. The instrument applies Impact force to the surface of the sample through the Impact device, and measures the ratio of rebound speed to Impact speed to calculate Hardness value.
Applications
Measurement of large, thick, heavy and rough surface of casting and forging, annealing, tempering, quenching and other heat treatment Hardness detection, hardening film thickness is too thin workpiece detection, casting and forging surface finish treatment difficult detection
Standards
GB/T 17394.1-2014 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 1: Test Methods", GB/T 17394.2-2012 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 2: Hardness gauge inspection and calibrate", GB/T 17394.3-2012 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 4: Calibration of Standard Hardness Blocks", GB/T 17394.4-2014 "Metallic Materials, Richter Hardness Test, Part 4: Standard Value Conversion Table", JB/T 9378-2001 "Leeb hardness tester technical conditions"
Steps
1. The Richter measurement interface is displayed when turned on.
2. Select the desired functions and parameters through the menu
3. Align the Impact device vertically on the specimen test surface
4. Trigger measurement and read displayed Hardness value
5. Optional storage of measurement data
Notice
• Sample surface temperature should be less than 120 ℃
• The surface roughness of the sample should not be too large, and the metal Gloss should be exposed and smooth
• There must be no oil stains on the surface of the sample
• Specimens weighing 2-5kg need to be supported by objects
• Support rings are required when the radius of curvature of the sample is less than 30mm (type D, DC, C, DL) or less than 50mm (type G)
• Film thickness should comply with the Impact Device Table
• Specimens with surface hardening layer, the depth of hardening layer should meet the regulations
• Lightweight specimens need to be tightly coupled to a sturdy support
• Large-area plates, long rods, and bends should be firmly fixed on the back of the test point
The sample itself should be less than 30 Gauss magnetic
