Overview
XCJD-50 digital display simply supported beam Impact Tester conforms to ISO179, GB/T1043, JB/T8762 and other standards. It is suitable for impact toughness testing of non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, fiber reinforced composites, nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, asbestos board, electrical insulation materials, etc., including machined samples and injection molded samples, and also suitable for samples with and without gaps. The instrument is improved on the basis of the simple supported beam Impact Tester of the pointer dial type. The High Accuracy swirl/spin encoder collects the swing angle and speed information of the pendulum, and calculates the impact strength of the sample through the pendulum energy.

Principle
The instrument is intelligently controlled and stored by an embedded system, and the test process and results are set and displayed by a liquid crystal display and a matrix keyboard, thus replacing the original dial pointer display mode. The pendulum swing angle and speed information are collected by the High Accuracy swirl/spin encoder, and the impact strength of the sample is calculated by the pendulum energy.
