Overview
The XJL-300B-1 Touch Screen Pipe Impact Tester is a test device used to evaluate the performance of materials under impact loading. Impact conditions are simulated by the free fall of heavy weights and impact specimens. The device is suitable for the determination of external Impact performance of various pipes (including PVC-U water supply pipes, sewage pipes, low pressure water supply pipes, low pressure water supply pipes, core foam pipes, double wall corrugated pipes, PE water supply pipes).
Features
1. Adopt touch screen control
2. Double tube guide structure
3. LCD display
4. Has a set height
5. Automatic Hammer Lift, Prevent Secondary Impact and other functions
6. Reasonable design, beautiful appearance, stable performance and easy operation
Principle
Impact loading conditions are simulated based on the principle that the weight falls freely on the specimen at a certain height to evaluate the toughness, impact resistance, fracture characteristics and energy absorption capacity of the material.
Standards
"JB/T 9389 Drop weight Impact Tester technical conditions", "GBT 14152-2001 Thermal plasticity Plastic Pipes Test of External Impact performance - hour swirl/spin method", "GB-T 6112-1985 Thermal plasticity Plastic Pipes and Fittings Determination of Impact performance (drop weight method) ", "GBT 1202.1-2006 Hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) (PVC_U) pipes for water supply", "GBT 13664-2006 Hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) (PVC-U) pipes for low pressure water transmission irrigation", "GBT 16800-2008 Drainage core layer foamed hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) (PVC-U) Pipe "," GBT 18477-2001 Hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) (PVC-U) double-wall corrugated pipe for buried drainage "
Steps
1. Set Impact Height
2. Automatic hammer lift
3. The heavy hammer falls freely and strikes the sample
4. Preventing Secondary Impacts
