Overview
BOZHEN BZG-80-12 open vacuum tube furnace is a high temperature experimental equipment with double-decked shell structure. The furnace consists of a reversable upper furnace body and a fixed lower part, which is convenient for material pickup and observation. It uses quartz tube as furnace tube and is equipped with vacuum system, which is suitable for high temperature treatment and experiment of various materials.

Principle
The tube furnace is heated by alloy resistance wires located around the furnace, the temperature is monitored in real time by K-type Thermocouple, and the temperature is precisely adjusted and controlled by PID temperature control instrument. Flanges and silicone sealing rings are used at both ends of the furnace tube for sealing, which can be connected to a Vacuumpump to extract air, and heat treat the materials in the furnace tube at the set Vacuum Level and the programmed temperature.

Steps
1. Use the card screen to complete the quick connection of the gas path.
2. Put the material into the quartz furnace tube.
3. Set the required 30-segment program temperature control through the temperature control instrument Linear dispersion.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and vacuum treatment process.
5. After the experiment, the Air-Cooled system can be used to assist in cooling.
6. After the furnace body is chilled down, turn over the upper furnace and take out the material.
Notice
When taking and placing materials, pay attention to the high temperature of the furnace to avoid burns.
