Overview
BOZHEN BZG-40-12 open vacuum tube furnace is a high temperature experimental equipment with double-decked shell structure. The furnace consists of upper and lower parts, the upper part can be turned back 110 °, which is convenient for material pick and place and observation. Principle
The tube furnace is heated by a resistance wire surrounding the furnace, and the temperature is monitored in real time by a K-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the PID temperature control system for precise adjustment. The two ends of the furnace tube are sealed with stainless steel flanges and silicone sealing rings to form a closed space, which can be connected to a Vacuumpump to extract air and heat treat the material at a set Vacuum Level and programmed temperature.

Steps
1. Use the card screen to complete the quick connection of the furnace pipe gas circuit.
2. Put the experimental material into the thermostatic zone of the furnace tube.
3. Set the required heating program (up to 30 segments) through the temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating and vacuum treatment process.
5. After the experiment, the Air-Cooled system can be used to accelerate the furnace body chilling down.
6. After the furnace body is chilled down, turn over the upper furnace and take out the material.
