Principle
The principle of the Wet Film Thickness Wheel is based on physical measurement. Film thickness of wet coatings is measured by gently rolling a scale-equipped roller on the wet coating surface and then reading the value on the scale. Its scale can be calibrated according to the properties and requirements of a particular coating.

Steps
1. Gently roll the Wet Film Thickness Wheel on the wet coating surface to be tested.
2. Read the value corresponding to the contact position of the coating on the roller scale, which is the wet film thickness.
