Overview
The Grindometer is an instrument used to evaluate the Fineness of pigments, inks, paints, colorants and other particles in a laboratory environment. The China QXD-50 Zirconia Pottery and Porcelain Fineness Meter is a standard single-channe Grindometer with a range of 0 to 50 μm and a groove size of 140 × 12.5mm. It is made of Zirconia Pottery and porcelain and is dedicated to testing Fineness of heavily corroded materials.
Features
1. Using Zirconia Pottery and porcelain material, with high Hardness and Abrasion Resistance, improve measurement accuracy and Repeatability
2. Zirconia Pottery and porcelain have good Stability to chemical substances and are not susceptible to corrosion
3. Stability and tolerance in high temperature environments
4. With good insulation performance, it can be used in electrical and electronic fields
Principle
The instrument consists of two parts: a scraper and a scraper. By carving grooves of different shades on the scraper, the test sample is scraped from deep to shallow with a scraper, and the particle Fineness is observed by the naked eye. This method is based on physical principles and is relatively simple to operate.
Applications
Coatings, pastes, plastics, inks, paper
Standards
Meet the standard
Steps
1. Prepare test samples
2. Use a scraper to scrape the sample from the deep end of the groove to the shallow end
3. Fineness of particles observed by naked eye
Notice
• Dedicated to testing of heavily corrosive materials
• Keep the surface of the instrument clean
• Avoid violent collisions to maintain accuracy
