Overview
Laboratory shear Mulser is a device used in laboratory research and production, mainly for the process of mixing liquids, solids or liquids with solids and emulsification. This device disperses, emulsifies, and uniformly mixes substances through a high-speed swirl/spin shear blade or rotor, thereby obtaining the desired mixture. The AE10 dispersion Homogenizer is driven by a high-speed motor and is suitable for low to medium and high viscosity liquid mixing or pulverization of particulate materials in liquid media, shear emulsification, etc. It is specially designed for experiments in small volume, pasty media.
Features
The working head is made of high-quality stainless steel SS316, which has a wide range of experimental applications.
2. Running speed microprocessor control, with instant compensation for speed changes caused by load changes and power fluctuations, constant speed and reliability.
3. Built-in soft start and automatic overload protection ensure full load operation of the experiment.
4. Speed stepless adjustment, meet the experimental running speed correction at any time. Digital display speed intuitive, experimental data collection is convenient.
5. Run the timing control to ensure that the experimental time is effectively controllable.
Principle
A laboratory shear Mulser typically consists of a container (cup, groove, etc.) and a mechanical part equipped with a shear blade or rotor. During operation, the material to be treated is placed into the container to start the mechanical part. The high-speed swirl/spin of the blade or rotor generates shear force and turbulence, which rapidly disperses and emulsifies the material, achieving uniform mixing of the material.
Applications
Food, cosmetics, chemicals
Steps
1. Put the material to be processed into the container.
2. Start the mechanical part.
3. High-speed swirling/spinning of the blade or rotor generates shear force and turbulence, which rapidly disperses and emulsifies the material.
