Overview
Abrasion tester (model: KLD-701) is used to carry out travel tests on suitcases and bags with wheels, test the performance of the wheels and axles and the overall structure of the box, evaluate whether there is damage and deformation, and provide reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Fatigue simulation: It can simulate the long-term use of luggage in real life, and through the sexual repeability walking movement, it can simulate the use of travel luggage in airports, stations and other places.
2. Walking simulation: It can simulate the walking of the suitcase under different ground conditions, such as floor tiles, carpets, cement floors, etc., to evaluate its abrasion in different environments.
3. Abrasion test: simulate the friction and abrasion of the luggage with the ground during walking, and evaluate the durability of its materials and structures by quantitatively measuring the degree of abrasion on the surface of the luggage.
4. Automatic control: Equipped with an automatic control system, it can set parameters such as walking distance, speed, and number of walks to achieve accurate control of test conditions.
5. Abrasion evaluation: After the test, the luggage can be evaluated for the degree of abrasion, such as Color fading, surface scratches, material fatigue, etc.
6 auxiliary features: with the midway test piece drop automatic stop function, and equipped with SUS304 suitcase fixed adjustment seat.
Principle
The testing machine drives the belt to run through the drive system, so that the luggage sample fixed on it can travel in a cycle at a set speed. There are specific bumps on the walking path to simulate the bumps caused by uneven road surfaces. Through long-term, repeability walking and bumping movements, fatigue loading and abrasion are applied to the wheels, axles and overall structure of the luggage to test its durability.
Applications
The mass inspection and improvement of luggage products with wheels such as suitcases and bags
Standards
SAMSONITE standard
Steps
1. Fix the suitcase or travel bag to be tested on the SUS304 adjustment seat of the device.
2. Set the test speed (0-5km/h adjustable), walking time (0-999.9 hours) and other parameters through the control system.
3. Start the device and start the simulated walking bump test.
4. During the test, the equipment will operate automatically, and if the test piece falls, it will automatically shut down.
5. After reaching the set time, the device stops and the specimen is removed.
6. Observe and evaluate the specimen to check the abrasion of the wheel and axle and whether the box structure is damaged or deformed.
Notice
• Please ensure that the input power supply is rated voltage AC 220V, 50Hz.
• Before the equipment runs, be sure to firmly fix the specimen to prevent peeling during the test.
When setting test parameters, do not exceed the maximum speed and time range specified by the equipment.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not approach moving parts to ensure safety.
• Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment are normal and keep them clean.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the equipment.
