PUSHEN ZBQ 10-25um 4-sided Film Applicator is made of hard stainless steel and is suitable for scraping film layers of specified thickness and width on flat and solid substrates. Each film applicator has 4 kinds of High Accuracy fixed film thicknesses to ensure Accuracy and provide a variety of film width customization.

Principle
Coating is scraped on a flat substrate to form a wet-film of specified thickness by setting drawdown blade edges of different heights on a stainless steel film applicator. Different film thickness specifications can be selected by converting the film applicator angle.

Steps
1. Select the film applicator surface corresponding to the desired film thickness
2. Place the film applicator on a flat, solid substrate
3. Coating along the substrate surface
