Overview
BOZHEN BZ-4-14TC high temperature muffle furnace is a box-type experimental heater, using high-quality silicon carbide rod as the heating element, equipped with intelligent temperature control system and thyristor phase shift trigger control. The furnace adopts 1600 type aluminum oxide polycrystalline fiber inorganic material formed by Japanese technology Vacuum chuck, the furnace body is a double-decked furnace shell structure, combined with air insulation technology and thermal induction drive intelligent Air-Cooled system, and adopts soft start constant current control to extend the life of the heating element.

Principle
The high-temperature muffle furnace generates high temperature through high-quality silicon carbide heating elements. The temperature control system adjusted by artificial intelligence performs PID adjustment and self-tuning. The thyristor phase shift triggers the control of power output to achieve accurate temperature control. The furnace is insulated by aluminum oxide polycrystalline fiber material. The double-decked furnace shell is combined with air insulation technology and an intelligent Air-Cooled system driven by thermal induction to dissipate heat. Soft start constant current control is used to protect the heating element.
