XINGYUN XY100MW-T Electronic Balance is a precision instrument that integrates weighing and moisture determination. It uses Touchscreen operation, has the characteristics of fast measurement and efficient work, and is suitable for water content and solid content analysis of various samples.

Principle
The Electronic Balance performs High Accuracy weighing with a built-in Load cell Sensor. In moisture measurement mode, the instrument gently heats the sample using the HALOGEN LAMP-2 halogen lamp heating method to evaporate the water, and precisely controls the heating temperature through the PT-100 temperature transducer (40 ° C -199 ° C). The system automatically calculates the percentage data such as moisture content and solids content by calculating the weight change of the sample before and after heating.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and turn on the power supply.
2. Turn it on and set relevant parameters (such as time, temperature, heating method) through the 5-inch Touchscreen.
3. Place the sample in a pan (φ 90mm).
4. Close Draft Shield and start the test program.
5. The instrument automatically heats, weighs, and calculates, and an alarm is issued after the test is completed.
6. Read and record the water content, solid content and other data displayed on the screen.
7. Test data can be stored in 15 sets of built-in storage spaces.
