The TC-A20 fully automatic Adhesion Tester is a professional equipment of Tiandi Spark brand for the measurement of adhesion of metal, concrete and Miscellaneous material coatings. The instrument uses a hydraulic system to detach the surface coating of the tested substrate to measure adhesion. It is equipped with a multi-function touch LCD screen to display the detection process in real time. It supports MPa, kN, Psi unit display. It is designed and manufactured according to international and Chinese relevant standards, and has stable performance.

Principle
The tester uses a hydraulic system to make a certain diameter coating on the surface of the tested substrate to measure coating adhesion. During the test, the adhesion detection process is displayed in real time through a multi-function touch LCD screen, and the results are displayed in MPa, kN or Psi.

Steps
1. Prepare the surface coating of the tested substrate
2. Set the spindle diameter to 20mm.
3. Adjust the loading rate
4. Start the electric loading system
5. Observe the drawing force value displayed on the touch screen - Linear dispersion
6. Data is automatically stored or printed through a Bluetooth printer (optional)
7. View stored data or online computer analysis
