TBJ-X1-DJ3 Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Automatic Film Applicator, all imported accessories, designed to solve the problem of coating differences caused by inconsistent speed and pressure of artificial film. It ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of Spreader, and significantly improves the reproducibility of film. Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator is driven by a motor to achieve smooth movement of the Coater blade at a set speed. At the same time, the device firmly fixes the substrate to be Spreader on the Spreader stage through the Vacuum chuck system, and can adjust the pressure applied to the drawdown blade to ensure that the coating is spread on the surface of the substrate with a precise and uniform Film thickness during the Spreader process, so as to obtain a wet-film coating with high conformity.

Steps
1. Place the substrate to be Spreader on the Vacuum chuck table and start the Vacuumpump adsorption fixation.
2. According to the experimental requirements, set the required Spreader speed and drawdown blade height (Film thickness).
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint on the substrate in front of the drawdown blade.
4. Start the device, and the drawdown blade will move at a constant speed according to the set speed to complete the Spreader process.
5. After the Spreader is completed, turn off the device and remove the substrate coated with wet-film for subsequent processing or testing.
