Overview
The JIAHANG JH-WYA2S digital refractometer is used to determine the refractive index nD, average dispersion (nF-nC) and hammer Brix in liquid or solid solutions. It is suitable for inspection and analysis in sugar, beverage, petroleum, food and chemical industries. The instrument supports visual aiming and digital readings, can perform temperature correction, and has a standard print interface to print data directly.
Features
1. Measurement range: refractive index nD Measurement range 1.3000~ 1.7000, Hammer Brix Measurement range 0~ 95%
2. High Accuracy measurement: nD Measurement accuracy +/- 0.0002nD, Brix Precision +/- 0.1%
3. Temperature display function: temperature display range 0~ 50 ℃, minimum indication 0.1 ℃
4. Multiple measurement functions: can measure refractive index, average dispersion and hammer degree
5. Easy to operate: supports visual aiming and digital display readings
6. Temperature correction function: Temperature correction can be performed when measuring hammer degree
7. data output: with standard printing interface can directly print data
Principle
The digital refractometer is based on the principle of Optical inspection refraction, which determines the refractive index nD and average dispersion (nF-nC) of the sample by measuring the refractive angle of light in the sample. For sugar aqueous solutions, the instrument converts the refractive index into a hammer Brix value to reflect the mass fraction of dry solids. The instrument uses a visual aiming system to ensure measurement accuracy, and a built-in temperature sensor for temperature correction to improve Measurement accuracy.
Applications
Sugar, beverage, petroleum, food, chemical, research and teaching departments
Steps
1. Prepare samples and ensure instrument cleanliness
2. Place the sample on the measurement prism
3. Visual aiming through the eyepiece
4. Read measurement data on digital display
5. If you need temperature correction, follow the instrument prompts
6. The measurement results can be printed directly through the print interface
Notice
• Please read the instructions carefully before use
Keep the measurement prism clean to avoid scratches
Samples should cover the measurement area evenly
• Pay attention to the influence of environment temperature during measurement
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Measurement accuracy
• Avoid violent vibration and impact on instruments
