Overview
The precision sound level meter DB30-6226N is a general-purpose sound level meter, which can be used for the measurement of exponential time weighted sound level. Its performance meets the requirements of GB/T 3785 and IEC 61672-2002 standards for 2-level sound level meters, and also meets the JJG 188-2017 standard. The instrument is suitable for noise measurement and environment noise census measurement in various industrial environments, especially for sound level measurement in environment, machinery, transportation, ships and other fields, and can be used in different fields such as industrial environmental protection, construction, teaching and research.
Features
1. Provide the choice of fast (F), slow (S) and pulse (I) three time weighting gears.
2. Adopt digital detection technology instead of traditional sound level meter, thus greatly improving Stability and Reliability.
3. Equipped with a large screen display, the information is clear and intuitive, and provides dynamic scale display function.
Principle
The precision sound level meter collects sound signals by testing capacitive microphones, uses digital detection technology to process the signals, realizes frequency weighting (A weighting, C weighting, linear) and time weighting (fast, slow, pulse) measurement, and ensures accurate measurement of sound level in the range of 30dB~ 130dB through automatic or manual range control.
Applications
Environment, machinery, transportation, shipbuilding, industrial environmental protection, construction, teaching and research
Standards
GB/T 3785、IEC 61672-2002、JJG 188-2017
Steps
1. Install 5 AA batteries or connect a 5V external power supply.
2. Select frequency weighting (A, C, or linear).
3. Set the time weighting gear (fast, slow, or pulse).
4. Select automatic or manual range control as required.
5. Start measurement, read the instantaneous sound level or analog meter display through the large screen display.
6. Data can be output through the USB interface.
Notice
• Use conditions are -10~ 50 ℃, beyond the range may affect the accuracy.
• Ensure that the battery is fully charged or the external power supply is stable.
• Avoid use in extreme environments to protect the instrument.
Periodically calibrated to ensure measurement accuracy.
