Overview
The DUBAN DB30-6228LEQ Integrating Sound Level Meter is a multifunctional noise measuring instrument that can be used as a general-purpose sound level meter for measurement of exponential time weighted sound level, and also has the function of integrating average sound level meter for measurement of time average sound level. It can also be used as an integral sound level meter for measurement of sound exposure and cumulative percentage sound level (statistical sound level).
Features
1. The performance meets the requirements of GB/T 3785, IEC 61672-2002 standards for level 1 sound level meters and JJG 188-2017 standards
2. With integration and statistical functions, a single measurement can store up to 800 sets of data, continuous measurement up to 6 days
3. Provide fast (F) and slow (S) two time weighting gear options
4. Adopt Digital Detection Technology to Significantly Improve Stability and Reliability
5. Equipped with large screen display, clear and intuitive information, support dynamic scale display
6. Optional to use Bluetooth printer for measurement data printing
7. Support data output through USB cable and Bluetooth, easy to communicate with PC for data transmission analysis
Principle
The integrated sound level meter uses a φ 12.7mm test capacitor microphone to collect sound signals, processes the signals through digital detection technology, and performs frequency analysis using A, C or linear frequency weighting. It measures sound levels in two time weighting modes, and has an integration function to calculate the time average sound level and sound exposure.
Applications
Industrial environment noise measurement, environment noise census measurement, noise spectrum analysis, environment noise measurement, mechanical noise measurement, traffic noise measurement, ship noise measurement, industrial environmental protection, construction, teaching and research
Standards
GB/T 3785、IEC 61672-2002、JJG 188-2017
Steps
1. Install 5 AA batteries or connect 5V external power supply
2. Measurement mode and parameters (frequency weighting, time weighting, etc.)
3. Set range control (automatic or manual third gear)
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically stores data
5. View measurement results and dynamic scale display through large screen
6. Pause measurement to check collected data when needed
7. Transfer data via USB cable or Bluetooth connection to PC
8. Use Bluetooth printer to print measurement data
Notice
• Use ambient temperature range -10 ℃~ 50 ℃
• Power supply voltage meets requirements (5 AA batteries or 5V external power supply)
• Measurement range selection: 30dB~ 90dB, 50dB~ 110dB, 70dB~ 130dB
• When storing data, pay attention to the limit of up to 800 sets of data for a single measurement
• Pay attention to the time limit of up to 6 days when continuous measurement
• Confirm instrument accuracy before use as level 1 standard
