Overview
The DUBAN DB22-280H5 Infrared Belt Tensimeter is a device for rapid measurement of belt tension in motors and other machinery. It uses laser emission and reception to measure the natural vibration frequency of the belt, combined with the input belt mass and free belt length, to calculate an accurate tension value.

Principle
The tension meter measures the natural vibration frequency of the belt through the emission and reception of the laser, and then calculates the tension value of the belt by combining the input belt mass and the free belt length.

Steps
1. Place the split Sensor near the belt to ensure that the optical path measurement distance is within the range of 3~ 20mm.
2. Enter the free section length and belt mass parameters of the belt.
3. Start the measurement, the device through the laser measurement of the natural vibration frequency of the belt.
4. Read the tension value on the LCD display, selecting metric or imperial units.
Notice
- Operating Temperature range is + 10~ 50 ° C, Transport Temperature range is -5~ 70 ° C, do not use or store outside the range.
- Ensure that the optical path measurement distance is within 3~ 20mm to ensure measurement accuracy.
The split probe can penetrate to a depth of approximately 66mm, avoiding use in spaces beyond this depth.
- Powered by 4 1.5V AAA AA AA batteries, pay attention to replacing the batteries in time.
The device has an automatic shutdown function to save power.
