Overview
DUBAN DB25-204FM-2N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy Thrust and Tension Test Instrument, which is widely used in push-pull load, plug-in force test and Destructiveness test in many industries.
Features
1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor
2. Four measurement units of N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) are available and converted to each other
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared
4. It can be set to shut down automatically without operation for 10 minutes, or it can be shut down manually.
5. Can be powered by alkaline battery or 5V DC power supply
Principle
The Force Gauge converts physical signals into digital signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or tensile loads, displays measurement results through a four-digit large LCD screen, and supports Peak and Instantaneous Value Measurement modes.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate measurement unit
2. Connect the test sample
Step 3 Apply push or pull
4. Read measurements on the display
5. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum load
6. Manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown

• relative humidity should be less than 80%
It should be used in an environment without seismic source and corrosive medium
• The allowable load is 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
