Overview
DUBAN DB25-204FM-5N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple and multi-functional High Accuracy Thrust and Tension Test Instrument, which is widely used in push-pull load, plug-in force test and Destructiveness test in many industries.

1. High Accuracy and high resolution, digital display ignores poor.
2. N (newton), kg (kilogram), lb (pound), g (gram) four measurement units are available for selection and conversion.
3. Peak hold function, keep peak display until manually cleared.
4. It can be set to shut down automatically or manually for 10 minutes without operation.
5. It can be powered by alkaline battery or connected to 5V DC power supply.
Principle
The Force Gauge converts physical signals into digital signals through Sensor measurement of thrust or pull, and displays peak or instantaneous values on a large four-digit LCD display, supporting forward and reverse dual displays and unit conversion.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a thrust or pull test and observe the peak or instantaneous value on the display.
4. When using the peak hold function, manually clear to reset.
5. After the test is completed, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
• The working environment should be free of seismic sources and corrosive media.
• The allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s. There will be a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s.
• Operating temperature 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity < 80%.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the instrument.
• Regularly check the power supply to ensure that the battery or DC power supply is working properly.
