Overview
DUBAN DB25-204FM-500N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy Thrust and Tensile Testing Instrument. It uses digital display mode to accurately measure peak and instantaneous values, and is widely used in push-pull load, plug-in force testing and Destructiveness testing in many industries.

Principle
The Force Gauge detects thrust or pull through the Sensor, converts the physical signal into an electrical signal, and displays the measurement value on a large four-digit LCD screen after processing. It supports peak hold function, which can record and maintain the maximum load value until manually cleared.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 5V DC power supply
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g)
3. Perform a thrust or pull test and observe the display readings
4. Use the peak hold function to record the maximum load
5. Manually clear or wait for automatic shutdown after the test is completed
Notice
• The allowable load does not exceed 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s
• Operating temperature range 0~ 40 ℃
• relative humidity should be less than 80%
• It needs to be used in an environment without seismic source and corrosive medium
• Regularly check the power status to ensure normal power supply
