Overview
DUBAN DB25-207FM-10N Integrated Force Gauge is a small, simple, multi-functional, High Accuracy Thrust and Tension Testing Instrument. It is widely used in Electronics, Construction Hardware, Light Industry Spinning & Weaving, Auto Parts, Lighters and other ignition devices, fire fighting equipment, pen making, lock making, fishing gear, chemical industry, power machinery, scientific research institutions and other industries. Push-pull load, plug force test and Destructiveness test.
Features

Principle
The Force Gauge detects thrust or pull through the Sensor, converts physical signals into electrical signals, and displays measurements on a four-digit large LCD screen after processing with High Accuracy. It supports peak and instantaneous value measurement, and has data storage and output functions for subsequent analysis.

Steps
1. Install the battery or connect the 6V DC power supply.
2. Select the required measurement unit (N, kg, lb, g).
3. Perform a thrust or pull test and observe the instantaneous value or peak value on the display.
4. When using the peak hold function, the peak will remain displayed until it is manually cleared.
5. Data can be automatically stored or output to the computer via USB/Bluetooth.
6. After the test is completed, you can shut down manually or wait for 10 minutes to shut down automatically.
Notice
- Operating temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃, avoid exceeding.
- The relative humidity should be less than 80%.
Ensure that there are no sources and corrosive media around the working environment.
- The allowable load is 150% F.s, and there is a beep alarm when it exceeds 110% F.s to avoid overloading.
Check the power supply before use to ensure that the battery or DC power supply is powered properly.
